I like drinking 8 cups of tea per a day. It keeps me relaxed and awake. I would recommend best loose leaf tea collection like green tea, oolong tea, or roobios tea. These are some of the fine teas you ever tasted. These are good for your metabolism and also helps me in weight reduction.

Two cups a day

in the morning after waking up I enjoy a nice cup of black tea with milk and on the evening I like to have an infusion an hour or so before dinner.

Usually I have About 1 cup of coffee when I get up, lots of cigarettes during the day (at the moment got no money for them - so having black coffee all day as an alternative...), 2 or 3 cups of tea when I get home and through to about 8, then I go on to beer and maybe cider (about 1 to 6 on an average Sunday-Thursday night/much more Friday and Saturday night)...

I no longer drink tea, coffee or caffeinated beverages of any kind.

It's essentially a dependency, albeit with some health benefits, something I don't want to be lumbered with for the rest of my life.

I do feel slightly tempted, though, when I walk into the tea section of Fortnum and Mason and see the umpteen varieties of Earl Grey etc. presented in these splendid demonstration cases.

I am mostly a coffee drinker. Every morning I´ll have a coffee, and in the evening.

However I am partial to Scottish blend, milky oolong tea and the occasional rooibos.
