I know it's serious stuff n all happening in the Gulf area in America, but I had to smile this morning when I saw the name of the supervisor - "Windy Swetman" There use to be a Weather Man called Dallas Raines in a city I lived in can't remember if it was somewhere in Texas or California - he was always well tanned.

To think the only name I remember of UK weather people are Francis Wilson.
Windy Swetman

Don't remember I guess that was well before my time

On a more serious note, my family are having to evacuate their homes in MS because of Gustav. Never thought it would come to that.

Ummmm, I think MS (Mississippi) is still part of the United States of America and located on the Gulf of Mexico.
