I've been thinking about moving to a different country after college, and i wanted some advice. I have looked at all the sites and i was wondering if advanced degrees help at all when trying to enter different countries. Personally i am getting my Ph.D in Zoology, and i was wondering if that helps and if science degrees are in demand. the countries I'm looking at Ireland and Australia the most but also Scotland and England.

Thanks

Check out this link - you may need some actual working experience as well as your degrees but a PhD is certainly valuable. UK Border Agency | Highly skilled workers
