I took it until it got to medical history. Too personal.

I think you can opt out? I just checked "none". It's anon so no one will know.

Yes I walk. Primarily to destinations within two miles. I also run for exercise or to train for a race. Narrow sidewalks are a problem because I live near a High School and students often walk in groups, or even run.

I skipped it and it didn't give me a "you must answer this question"-type message. I can't imagine what use it would be for them to know whether someone has a vague, highly subjective, pseudo-medical condition like "being at least 15 pounds overweight" anyway.

Yep. Walking's good, quit my gym membership when I moved to this neighborhood. More fun to walk to the store than paying for the right to walk on a treadmill.

Probably to try to make a correlation between health and frequency of walking. Without more specifics, though, it probably won't really tell much.

I got suspicious when the survey asked for my zip code (which I omitted). Then came the health history questions and my suspicion meter went into overdrive. Who is doing this survey and why?
