Alright, this next one is likely going to be a challenge, but I think there're enough clues in the picture to put you on the right track. Despite it's small size, this city does actually have decent amount of significance in a number of ways:

Not a skyline. However, been there twice in the past two years. Near the Kansas City Power and Light District.

Granted I haven't had a turn yet BUTTTTT... I've been through almost 400 pages trying to find these three cities skylines... Don't think I saw D/FW boo. BTW all these cities have 100K+ in their area & One of them are from 2006. So if you try and google the building's company it won't pull up

The first one had the "mini Sears tower" which you know someone in this thread had to already know about. Second one is Shreveport, LA and it has been in this thread at least once.

They all have a common theme, Interstate 20. Third one's Longview. (Surprised Marshall didin't make the cut.)

Last week I was on vacation and asked my wife to take this. She made it portrait instead of landscape and didn't capture it well, so this StreetView is posted instead. It definitely catches your attention.

Must have been to East Texas then! Almost nobody knows that skyline unless you've visited from the area... Lol

Is it safe to assume that the above picture has been properly identified? Nobody has posted anything new in a few days so I think I'll put my pic in.
