Nope, not Norfolk.
I'll give clues after next guess if needed.

Took me a while on Bing maps, but I think it's East Chicago.

^ I thought it was an East Coast or Gulf Coast city, and then remembered the Midwest.

Try this one:

A place I know well, as I drive through it annually (and sometimes more often) on I-40 between OK and AZ. George Strait wrote a song about getting in to it by morning, up from San Antone. Was last there in October after visiting Santa Fe. Amarillo, TX, with its unusual skyline popping up out of nowhere.

A smaller downtown dwarfed by a much larger and visible one a few miles away.

Century City (hence the number "100" in the pic title) LA as in Los Angeles, or as in Louisiana? (When I lived in Louisiana there was some confusion.)

In any case, it is that 176 acre neighborhood. What was the giveaway?

The iconic twin office buildings. I've been to Century City and also remember them from the cover for Yes' LP "Going For The One"

I'll post a photo shortly

(I did think about the potential for confusion between Los Angeles & Louisiana, but then dismissed it)
