Ay-eeee! (Cajun term.) It's not readily apparent but the cars on the side of the building in the middle are 1950s vintage and a Caddy with tall fins. I used to live 90 minutes north (Alexandria area) and visited Lafayette, Louisiana a few times... overnighted there a couple years ago on the way to Florida. Big law firm in that building that used to work cooperatively with the one my wife worked at; she remembered it when we stayed there. (Side note: Great Cajun place at Prejean's.)

This is not a classic "skyline" yet it is prevalent and recognizable throughout the Midwest, the grain elevators standing in for taller buildings. Taken a couple weeks ago, you'd be glad you didn't live here.

Only city I know of that flat and with that many grain elevators is Maumee, OH because of The Anderson's Inc - but this clearly isn't Maumee.

Any hints?
