"Next Dubai" ? What do you mean, in terms of wealth?

Dubai: Total wealth held in the city amounts to US$530 billion. Dubai is the wealthiest city in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region and the 29th wealthiest city in the world.

Not so much for the whole world, but certainly in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region.

The tall buildings are probably some of the tallest, as well.

Probably in terms of Architecture, Tourism, Middle East or even Asian major mega city to visit. With a skyline. Abundant classical Mosques are all over areas of Dubai city limits, so also outside of the Modern buildings.

Dubai is actually wealthier than a vast majority of Europe just enough. Isn't the only option on this World. Although, kind of unique. And a trendsetter. Cities like Doha Qatar did copy. Made their own unique variant.

Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is another one that arrived relatively early.
