Parking near Sheraton Wall Center (safe, car, area)

I am taking a student to a conference at the Sheraton
Wall Centre. Parking is $35-$40 per day. Any safe nearby
lots to recommend for 3 days?

There's quite a few lots in the area that are cheaper and all are reasonably safe, don't leave any valuables in view in the car (an empty pop can is .05cents). The is a lot on Howe across from the courthouse that is $15.00 per day
