VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 20 (UPI) -- The Canadian province of British Columbia fined Greyhound bus lines for carrying passengers in the far north for 20 hours with no heat on board.
Details of the incident on Dec. 28, 2008, were reported Thursday by the Canadian Broadcasting Corp., which said the bus line got the maximum fine of $1,500 for transporting passengers in an unheated bus with an outdoor temperature of minus 20.
