i'm tryn to cut back on carbs (like 50-80 carbs perday) but i still want great meals where i still feel full with out lots of carbs (rice, breads potatoes), how do i eat nice and hardy without all the carbs and starches that turn in to sugar and all the bread that gives me a pot belly? please help.
I would start out with cutting out white bread, pasta, and most processed carbs. I would only cut back on the complex carbs. They take longer to break down and will keep you from snacking. If you are going to cut out animal protien you will have an easier time replaceing it with combining vegitables and grains to make a complete protien.
