My nutritionist says that people dont eat nearly enough dark berries and anti-oxidants. I know about the Acai, and Pomegranate.

I recently bought PlumSmart bcs whole fruits are sometimes too tart, or taste bitter, etc.

What does everyone else recommend? Any good recipes?

I think this is an excellent recipe...I live in Rome and I known the Italian food but this is a particular things with a mix of fruits and I 'm sure that it will be very delicious especially in the summer when we have need some more vitamins and natural sugar ,so we will have a good days if we will eat it every day

There's a ton of sugar in PlumSmart... A good rule of thumb is that if you didn't juice it / blend it yourself, it's garbage.

Also if you consume juice, you're not consuming much fiber unless it's fiber fortified - which makes it an overprocessed food, which isn't exactly the healthiest option.

If you eat the fruit itself, you'll get all the benefits of the fruit including the fiber - with no need for fortification. You'll also be much fuller on a piece of fruit, than you will be on the juice of a piece of fruit.

Eat berries, don't drink berry juice.

Better to eat the whole fruit rather than juicing it. Blueberries are a good source of antioxidants, and inexpensive.

I like to use Indian gooseberry (Amla). It's very inexpensive and antioxidant rich. I mix it into my smoothie.
