Best source to learn how to cook veggies on a smoker/grill has got to be here. (grill/smoker is same thing to me).

What is great on the smoker? Low-n-slow or hi-n-fast? Evoo, k.salt & pepper?

I would like some new ideas. I've done many, but want something new.

BTW, ever tried artichoke on the grill? It's good, better than boiled. So is cabbage, corn on the cob, .......never tried lettuce.

Thanks for the help

Does anyone use a grill/smoker? Does anyone cook veggies here?

I put the same question on the food forum and had 2 replies in 12 min.

Will you not give input cause I eat meat?

See what happens when you poke people with sticks? They stop talking to you.

I like summer squash, zucchini and eggplant on the grill. I love peaches grilled too. I've never smoked anything.

Well, if someone beats me w/a stick then yep, I'll poke back. I've moved on, though.

I need to try peaches, I've heard they are good.

Thanks for the reply Maine.
