Don't know. That wasn't included in the minutes. You can go find them online...Town of Westford, Development Review Board. Look through the minutes during the fall of 2017.

Anywhere/most - when one gets a building permit for say a garage I don't think that they ask for a purpose.
Just has to meet set backs and codes.

Got to be more to this story.
