I can think of a good title for one if they do:

Mario Goes Postal

(for the Wii U)

Not trying to be a troll, I'm just curious.

No. Why would Nintendo mess with the formula that the Mario franchise has been successful with for over 25 years?

I hope not! I used to sit for hours on the original NES playing Mario bros, Eating Captain Crunch cereal dry and skipping homework as a kid. Many others can relate and to turn my childhood memory into something like that would suck.

Never can forget that trick with the steps and the turtle shell, Getting ridiculous points and one-up's. : )

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and call it "attempt at humor" more than "trolling."

No, making Mario and other first-party games appeal to everyone is what Nintendo is known for. Making Mario M would destroy an image they built up for years.

What kind of question is this? Nintendo wouldn't make Metroid or Star Fox M, what makes you think they would ever do it for Mario?

Default Mario Paintball

There was talk among the Nintendonista that we'd eventually see a Mario first person shooter titled Mario Paintball which could possibly carry a Teen rating but after the events of Sandy Hook Connecticut there's no way that's gonna happen.
