I played two video games in my life: Pacman and Poker. OTOH I've played cards for 67 years, and I think I have created a new table game from the old Classics.
It was suggested I should contact a game developer and sell it on iTunes. I've played with friends and against the 'blind'; the bugs are worked out. The problem as I see it is the myriad number of possible hands versus the time it takes to code it. I once coded a website with a Linux mirror, state Ham Radio BB, and 10,000 links. It took nearly a year. I cannot imagine what kind of time it it would take to develop cards versus selling the finished physical game.
