Hello, I'm new to the area and will have a friend visiting me from Philadelphia. I live around the town center and I'm not familiar with the train/metro stations around. Thanks!

Closest metrorail station: Vienna (end of the "orange line"). Either Metrobus or Fairfax County DOT may also offer connecting busses to Reston from Vienna station. Click here for details

Be aware that suburban commuter parking lots completely fill up very early on weekday mornings Mon - Fri.
Is he/she looking to ride metrorail just in and out of DC while visiting you? Or actually ride it as part of the journey from Philadelphia (in other words, will they be bringing a car to your house?)
