I will be arriving in February, to the area between Wytheville and Pulaski. We are employed, and will need to either buy or rent. We have no children at home but we do have cats. Willing to look at housing from 70,000 and below.Fixer uppers okay as long as they are habitable. Will also consider rentals with short-term lease or option to buy. We're very flexible. We are quiet folk, no bad habits, and very clean. If someone knows of anyone that has property like this please PM. Thank you very much

Rhea,
I live in Wytheville (just moved back here from Northern Virginia). I'll see if I can locate anythin for you. Have you looked at realtors on the internet ere? I know most of them have websites and some listings. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for you.

That is terrific! I have spoken to a realtor but he's from Blackburg, and their territory extends only to Pulaski, he's looking out that way. I suspect that a lot of people dn't rely on advertising out there. I've lived in small communities before, it's usually word of mouth and a sign on the drive. I was hopin I could find someone to keep their eyes open for me. I truly appreciate that offer! I also am open to anything you can tell me about the area. I've been there and seen how beautiful it is, everyone I met ,was as nice as could be. We're really excited about moving.
