I went online, as recommended, and looked over my traffic record.
It's a plus 5 achieved by going to driver safety school.

I wanted to know
-If I should present this in court to an ADA or at trial to reduce the speeding in a school zone fee and if I could ask to not pay a fine and go to school again, I did it three years ago, or if I can't do it in this time period.
-Does an online DMV printout constitute and acceptable court document or do I need to go and get one from DMV itself, thanks.

OKay, I'll bite. Why did you go to driving school? I assume for other violations? If so, suck it up, be responsible and accept whatever fate you get for breaking the law. This is a new thread because the other one was closed on you?

I read your post in the older thread- do you have a lawyer? My sis got a summons for reckless driving (speeding) and since we wernt from VA we did our research and found out how hardcore VA was. We got a lawyer and Im happy we did because she had her court date this pass Monday- no jail time, no license taken away. Just suspended from driving in VA. Which is perfectly fine cuz you will never see us near the MD and VA border ever again. VA has poffically scared me off.

Did the cop count it as reckless or just speeding?

Yes what I did was sooooooo dangerous...moving at the speed of traffic on a road DESIGNED for that speed.
You people act like going 1 MPH over is wrong and not what the road is designed for, that's like saying to a waiter report ALL your tips, it's just not the way it goes.
Stop acting so holy and noble.

hmmmmmm since it was only speeding its not as severe as my sister's case cuz reckless was a misdemeanor. If your record isnt 100% clean, go for a lawyer. If you look around there are tons of them. Some charge a grand some charge 500 bucks, but just from my experience with VA, get a lawyer if youre worried about getting your license suspended. The good thing is it was regular speeding not reckless.
