I have been living in Howard County since 2003 and I earn less than the median income in the county. Though the county has a moderate income housing program for those with income less than the median, obtaining a home through the program is extremely slow and difficult. Has anyone had any experience...and luck in finding newer housing in this county for a reasonable price?
