Any updates on the interchange?
Will the Watkins Mill Town Center be everything that was planned? I known construction is contingent on the interchange.
It has been one of my favorite new communities in the county since it is relatively affordable.

I'm actually a resident in this community and the retail development was a strong selling point for me. I don't know of any concrete date for the interchange but I can't wait.

I thought I read somewhere that they were able to sell housing here cheaper than usual because the land was bought cheap from a developer that was going under or something to that effect.

I can't imagine it being complete in two years. If they really pushed it may get done in five but I think even that is doubtful

Interchanges are expensive and construction doesnt move very fast, so yeah, I'd agree with you. End of the decade I'd guess

It does not take 5 years to build an interchange, it takes between 1.5 to 2 years to build an interchange depending the size/style of the interchange...

How many years does it take from talking about it to actually building it? Things take way too long.
