I have an amazing hair stylist, but not a huge fan of the place. Brittany at Floyd's Barbershop in Gambrills on Route 3. Several people recommended Robert Andrews Salon and Day Spa, but I had a woman butcher my hair there. I had to go back in to a senior stylist to have it fixed and she confirmed how uneven it was while repeatedly explaining that she charges 85/cut, while the other stylist charges 55, and how I'd need to pay extra next time for her services. As if I'd ever return to their awful customer service, and unprofessional staff. Love Brittany. She is very precise and great with medium length and short hair cuts.

You'd have to define affordable. However, I've been happy with Robert Andrew (Hilary), Xtreme Hair of Crofton (Libby) and Morgan Gerard in Annapolis.
