I misread the map twice. I was whining about the K street line which on the map cuts down near N. Capitol following H street. I was reading it as cutting down on 8th to Maryland. Obviously I need to see the optometrist.

I'll be happy if they build more than the H Street NE line as it will make my commute super awesome and direct.
