How will the school know that you moved? I moved while doing an online graduate degree with SUNY to DC and my address even changed and no one questioned me.

I always kind of assumed that once you were in school and had proven you were a resident that it never really came up again. Can you just get a po box in MD and have your mail sent there?

Or sent to an aunt, uncle, friend's house... I mean the school is the only one that needs that address so it will only be mail from the school.

PO boxes don't count. I believe I have to fill out a form each year that lets them figure out what I qualify for. And when I renew my license I'll need proof that I live in Maryland, AKA a utility bill or affidavit from a landlord or such.

I'm considering doing what you suggested, but the thing is I will get expelled if that happens. Maybe the risk is low, but getting kicked out of uni and having to start all over is arguably much more costly than staying legit. Especially since, when all is said and done, it would be only about $2K more a year to live in an apartment and drive with in-state tuition versus living on-campus with in-state tuition.
