Can someone tell me about them? Are they heard? Would you say the WI and Hispanic population is equivalent to say, Boston or Philadelphia?

Not sure about those from the West Indies, but the Hispanic population in the DC area is much greater than Boston or Philly.

There is a huge Hispanic and Caribbean (where the West Indies is) population, mostly in Montgomery County in areas of Silver Spring, Wheaton, Langley Park, Gaithersburg, Germantown and Montgomery Village.

There's a significant West Indian presence. Smaller than Boston but larger than Philadelphia.
