What do you think is going to happen. Spending is already drying up, and some contractors have been laid off already.....so what is going to happen? The system cannot continue like it has been, that much is already true.

Confusedasusual said in 2000: "The Dow will blow past 30,000 and the NASDAQ will hit the 10,000 average and my stocks will go UP, UP forever. My Pets.com stock will be worth $500/share by 2003--you watch! What Dot.Com Bubble?! Nothing to see here..move along!"

Confusedassual said in 2008: "There is no real estate bubble. The value of my property will soar into infinity and I will be a millionaire soon enough. It's just simple supply & demand fundamentals and ridin' the wave, baby! Nothing to see here...move along!"

And btw...the original post is only a month and a couple of weeks old.

Tick-tick-tick-tick. March 1 is near. All you defense-industry and intelligence contractors should be afraid. Very afraid. Bad times are looming for the Death, Violence and Invasion of Privacy Industrial Complex of the Metro Washington, DC Region.
