This is probably a loosing battle, but i feel like i should ask anyways. Who do i contact to make a claim for pothole reimbursement on MD 295 north between 410 and 450.
So far i have been successful in avoiding these massive potholes traveling on 295 between Greenbelt and DC, but tonight it finally got me. I was scanning for potholes while diving home tonight, yawned a bit then bam. Front passenger wheel now vibrates like crazy. Luckily my tire did not blow out, it was a pretty bad hit. My shocks are probably bad and i am pretty sure my alignment is shot and wheel is bent.
Will be able to inspect the car tomorrow morning.

This is what you have insurance for. Otherwise you can call one of the numbers listed in the link, although I think it might be difficult to "prove" they knew about this particular one.
Thanks for the reply. If there is more damage to my suspensions them i would file a claim with my insurance. If not, then a new rim would cost less then the $500 deductible.
Since this is a parkway patrol by park police, would it still be PG county or Maryland state problem?
I was on hold for too long and couldn't get an answer, but here are MD claim information to who that needs it.
The National Park Service maintains the B/W Parkway.
