B and C.

The snow will stop early enough that it should get cleared by morning rush.

It will most likely be 2 hour delay

Some insider on Capital Weather (Washington Post) called OPM closing hours before it even began raining last night, and apparently he was told they would close again tomorrow. So who knows if that will be true. My job only follows OPM for 2 days before that decision goes up to the bosses. But closing in general makes sense:

1. Sidestreets aren't even cleaned off
2. It's suppose to be between 7-12 degrees tomorrow which means ice. A 2 hour delay isn't going to do anything.

I say they close with required telework.

They should have closed today. The ice is horrible out there. I tried to go in to work, but after a nice fall, I turned around and went home.

The traffic is terrible on the major freeways(I-66, 495, GW Pkwy). Accidents everywhere. My office decided to close today because so many of our employees live in the suburbs; it was not worth the risk and hassle of commuting into the city today.
