I'm not reading through 7 pages of whatever. I read through two. Is it closed? Everything?

Just make sure and leave a radio on when you go to sleep Monday night. That way you'll hear it first thing Tuesday morning if it's going to be cancelled. That's what I used to do.

It stays on the ground and gets dirty and icky looking after awhile, too.

One thing to remember is that if you are shoveling out your car and decide to run it, make sure the exhaust pipe is clear of snow.

Good luck, East Coasters; I don't miss that stuff.
I grew up in the DC area. I remember the days of stocking up on bottles of dri-gas, and cans of de-icer. I decided it was time to get out, so in January of 1988, I fled. First to Tucson for 1 1/2 years, then to Sacramento for nine years, then to San Diego, where I currently live, and have no plans to leave.

If I'm desperate to see snow, it snows in the mountains when it rains in the winter, and I can be there in an hour, but it hasn't happened yet.

I think if it rains on Tuesday, the rain water will melt a lot of snow.

Radio? Smartphone?

I use a crystal ball to predict whether or not OPM will open the government.

What does your crystal ball say about Tuesday?

And from what I am hearing, it's not simply about just taking to main roads to get to work. Yea sure you can get to the office but what i have been told, people aren't able to park because there is no place to physically put the snow. It is not enough to push the snow to the sides. People have to park in those spaces so this means the snow has to literally be moved to a designated place.
