Where can I go in the DC metro area to find them? Give me some areas and specific venues.
I remember the Greene Turtle in Laurel as being full of working-class types, however, it is closed now. I'd check a few other bars in Laurel, especially ones where horse people from the racetracks hang out.

OP.. look at Germantown, Gaithersburg and Damascus. You wont find too many in DC itself.
