I have a lovely brand new (1 bedroom w/ den) (850 sq ft) apartment in Alexandria, one stop from the king street metro, and very close in to the AMC movie theatre, U.S. patent and trademark office, lots of shops, stores, etc. The apartment building has a concierge, package acceptance, roof deck, and all of the other amenities, one would expect to find in a luxury building.

My issue is, I am looking for a serious renter, who is able to take over my lease, from March 1 - July 8th (2018).

Please advise regarding finding a good candidate. The rent is $2,100 per month (indoor underground parking is $75 additional dollars each month).
