Call 911 on your cell if you have one.

Or get in front of him, slam on your brakes and sue him.

In California you are supposed to call 911.

I'd call 911, but I'd also slow down so i wouldn't be anywhere near the drunk driver. They're kind of unpredictable.

there were two of them driving together (2 cars)


I did call 911....but they were like.....what do you want us to do about it,

















mod note: WSP in particular and most local law enforcement agencies encourage calls to 911 if observing erratic driving. This is also not a local issue as law enforcement agencies throughout the country have similar guidelines.
