What's the effect of 7% humidity and a 20mph wind? I'd imagine it would suck any moisture out of anything (such as skin for example)?
I guess it would be. It doesn't affect me much, but my wife says she needed lotion and her eyes were dry. She misses the humidity of South Texas, but not the heat. I however, like this weather. Glad to be back in the 50s for the rest of the week.
