Assuming the numbers for Dallol are correct...several sites say the annual average temp is 94F and so I averaged out the data from the above table and it comes out to 95F so those numbers should be close.
However I'll go with Vostok. I heard that during 'summer', plentiful sun and solar radiation can make it feel far warmer then what it is. But really, they are both HORRIFIC and I would kill myself in both.

How strong can the sun be at 78 degrees south latitude?
Vostok station is SOOOO unimaginably cold, it is difficult for a human brain to even comprehend how cold it is. To give some idea, consider this: the absolute warmest it EVER got at Vostok station since record keeping began is just 2 degrees warmer than the absolute coldest it EVER got in your neck of the woods (Wikipedia didn't have absolutes for Leeds so I used York as a proxy). So a very warm day during a peak summer Vostok "heat wave" (rofl) would still be considered an incredibly, brutally cold winter day pretty much anywhere in Western Europe excluding high elevations.
I would choose Dallol. Daytime temperatures are of course ridiculous but nights don't look half bad (considering it's dry heat), especially if there is any breeze.
No life can survive in Vostok, other than humans in artifical environments.
Dallol can be survived, there are even thermophilic bacteria in those volcanic vents.
So Dallol it has to be, under great duress and suffering to live there though.
