Average annual precipitation: 5.12"

Average annual sunshine: 2,672.1 hours

And this is a place at 49N

I rate this climate a C+, if it had less sunshine and more precip it'll probably be in the A-/B+ territory.

A C+ for being sunny and dry, but winters are far too cold.

A reluctant D. Would really be a D-.

Dryness and sunshine are bonuses but the winters are just too darn cold and summers also too cool for the most part, especially at night.

C

Too dry and sunny. Winters a bit too cold. March through November don't look bad temperature wise though.

C because those winters look brutal, plus they're probably bone dry.
