San Francisco easily because its summers and winters are better than Quito’s lack of seasonality.

Both are awful for the lack of seasonality.

Quito for being cloudier and rainier with less chances for a heat wave.

San Francisco for the higher chance of summer heat waves. Both of these climates look good, however.
