Here you go, guys. Rate my hometown I haven't seen one here yet, or in recent times
I give it a B-. It is dreadfully humid between April and October and the sun feels like it's a 1/4 mile above you, frying you up like an alcapurria and hard to do anything comfortable between 12PM and 6 PM. Plus, the rain comes down in buckets every time it rains

I’d have to rate your old home town San Juan in two ways: One for living and one for vacations/holiday in the cold season.
As far as a destination for a winter vacation – San Juan is one of the best places to escape winter in the USA. With average highs in the winter months in the low 80’s, with sunshine and warm seas, San Juan is in the same league as the United States Virgin Islands, Jamaica, and Guam…and about 5 to 7 F warmer than Honolulu and Miami. San Juan also has very mild nights even in the dead of winter - 70 F or higher. Add in the sunshine hours…and San Juan is a real winner for a winter resort/holiday location. So in this regard, San Juan is a solid A +.
As far as a year round location for living, I would have to say San Juan is still fairly nice…, since average daytime highs in the hot season (May through September) are in the upper 80’s, and the sea breeze would mitigate even those temps (although the humidity is still fairly high). The only negative, would be there is not even a single month when daytime highs average below 80 F. While San Juan is far better in the hot season the places in the desert Southwest (no 110 F highs – lol)…those sensitive to non-stop warmth might find the annual climate a bit too warm. So for living year-round I would give San Juan a B - as well.
B-/C+, because of high sunshine making up somewhat for humidity and rainfall.
this.. too much precip
