So your ideal is about 7am/6pm? Is that your preferred time for this time of the year?

Almost pitch dark in Svalbard, at solar noon. This is the brightest it can get in Longyearbyen this time of the year, and the solar noon period still getting darker until winter solstice (today is about -6 sun altitude, and by 21st Dec about -11.5, near nautical twilight border)

Day length: 7 h 51 min
Highest sun angle: 12,6°

Pretty grim. Looking at the repeating of last year's weather patterns, we aren't getting any snow any time soon either.
