Doesn't really seem dark now. If the skies stay relatively clear this might be the first day for about three months when it still looks fairly bright at 5 pm, and that will be the dark season over.
Its becoming noticably brighter now- sunset nearing the 5 PM mark, daylight on clear days lasts until after 6 PM.
