B for a change from Paris, though having that for three months every year sounds nasty. Something in the middle between B and C would suit me perfectly.

I picked C. It's close to where I am with avg high/low in Dec. of 45/26F. It's not really Dec I have a problem with. It's more mid Jan to mid March. Tired of it by that point.

The mean of B & C would be perfect. Hghs would be upper 30s to low 20s with lows in the low 30s to upper 0s digits. It is ideal December weather.

If I had to pick one, I pick C. I like cold, but there are 8-9 days where the low is too cold for me with scenario B.
