I can see why you get so bummed about the weather. Is it ever not raining there? I like the temperature, but some sun makes all the difference.
It's rained on 14 of 15 days so far this month. Sometimes it can go for a week without raining. However in summer it rains 90% of the time as of the last 5 years.
