24.0C and cloudless skies at 9pm. We got to 30.0 today, though this is an unofficial, most likely overexposed station - the official high was somewhere in the 28s. Still the warmest day of the year so far though, but at least it seems to be cooling down more quickly than yesterday (my bedroom gets direct sun between about 2 and 8 and I have no kind of A/C to cool it).
Interesting that they use a neutral temp of 85F for exercise in the outdoors. I'd even say that running around in 85F, sun shining, can get pretty sweaty if humidity is high enough. I wonder what the neutral exercise temp would be for places like Germany or the UK. I can't imagine it being 85F.
