April to October is nice. Half the year I'd be happy, half the year I'd... probably be in Greece.

B-/B.

-I like April-May to October.
-It seems not too wet but has some rain; should be quite sunny?

-The article says "Gentle winds (0 to 5 m/s) are predominant in the city with wind speeds of up to 1 m/s representing 95% of all winds during the year."

This is good for winter. I really hate, hate the chill of winter wind. If it's going to be cold, I sure don't want wind to make it worse.

However, it may not be as good for summer because summer breezes are refreshing.

B+. Pretty good, actually.
Summers are slightly hotter and drier than ideal, although they seem less humid than in Northeastern US.

sunshine totals are around 2300 hours, the summer months have around 250 to 320 hours sunshine per month.

B-. Winters a bit cold, sunshine is reasonable on my scale if 2300 is correct, rainfall quite good.

A, almost as good as any temperate Mediterranean climate.
Summers actually aren't that hot, as minimum temps are very comfortable. Record highs are quite spectacular though.
Winters are cold, but this is Europe - not some coastal island.
Could cope with this, and some shoulder months like May and September at 12-24C and 11-26C respectively, are glorious.
Rainfall has a June peak, but only 65mm is not high.
