D - as soon as I saw the picture of this place on the map, and knowing the OP's preferences, it was obvious this climate would be a typical heat lovers delight.
Very few redeeming features for a temperate lover.

Hot in perpetuity and extremely hot nights in summer, coupled with virtually no seasonality. I give my lowest rating to it, F-.
