C July and August are too warm and humid, and April through October are awfully wet, though outside of the warmest months that wouldn't be a terribly big deal for me. But most of the year looks decent to me.

The wetness in July and August keeps temperatures moderated. At this latitude, lack of moisture in the air would push temperatures up into the 90s and 100s. The only time it ever gets that hot is during droughts. During most years, the annual highest daily maximum occurs in late August or early September in the mid to upper 80s. The concentration of precipitation during the growing season allows this climate to support a temperate rainforest ecosystem.

Way too much snow in winter. Summers look on the short and wet side. D+

B-, dragged down by the winters that drag on too long into spring. The winters are good though. I mistakenly gave the rating in the vote a C. I looked again and it is a weak B.
