If this real, it would be a disaster. Locals would be clueless how to deal, many won't have good clothing, some might die of hypothermia. Forecast discussion:

.SHORT TERM (TODAY-SAT)...VERY STUBBORN MARINE LYR TODAY AND CLOUDS HAVE BEEN SLOW TO CLEAR THE COAST, AND IN SOME AREAS THE CLOUDS HAVE YET TO CLEAR. TEMPS ACROSS THE COAST AND VALLEYS ARE DOWN A FEW DEGREES AS A RESULT. THE OTHER AREA OF FOCUS TODAY IS ACROSS NORTHEASTERN LA COUNTY WHICH HAS BEEN ON THE WESTERN PERIPHERY OF THE MONSOON BOUNDARY BUT SO FAR NOTHING MORE THAN BENIGN CUMULUS HAS DEVELOPED. WILL EVALUATE THE CONDITIONS IN THE NEXT HOUR BEFORE DECIDING WHETHER TO PULL THE PLUG ON TODAY OR KEEP THE LOW POPS IN. FOR COAST AND VALLEYS IT LOOKS LIKE A VERY SIMILAR DAY THURSDAY. THERE IS SOME INDICATION THAT THE MARINE LYR DEPTH WILL LOWER A FEW HUNDRED FEET AND LEAD TO A SLIGHTLY EARLIER/BETTER BURNOFF, BUT CONFIDENCE IN THIS IS PRETTY LOW AND WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED TO SEE AN EXACT REPEAT OF TODAY. FOR THE MOUNTAINS A DRIER AIR MASS IS EXPECTED AS THE MONSOON FRONT SHIFTS EAST. THUS, GIVEN THE RELATIVE LACK OF ACTIVITY TODAY IT SEEMS HIGHLY

If this is real, it would be on the level of The Day After Tomorrow.

Has to be a wacky computer glitch.
