Glibbery is a tropical climate, albeit barely so, with average highs in the high 60s to mid 70s and lows in the low to mid 60s all year. It's quite rainy as well, although sunshine is moderate.
F. I like seasonal change with warm to hot summers and cool to cold winters with snow. In fact if a city does not know what a snow plow is and use them in the winter then I would not consider living there.
D+ It's not terribly uncomfortable or anything, but it's just barely warm and humid enough with no real cool weather and no real variation that I don't think I would like it. That's also a lot more rain than I'd like. If the overnight lows averaged 10-15 degrees cooler and there was less rain, or if there was at least some sort of winter (highs in the 30-40s) then I would rate it higher.
Yep, I meant the records. Putting Paris in the same basket as the likes of Lima - or Glibbery - would be pretty harsh. With its 116°F range, it escapes the failing mark by quite a wide margin.

It's comfortable but very boring. Slightly too wet even for me but no complaints on that front.
