I'll give it a solid D. I like winter cold and snow, but the precipitation is too high and the rest of the year is too cold.

I originally gave it a B in 2012, but my climate preferences have changed a lot in the past few years. I'd have to give it a D-. Summer warmth is lacking, and it's way too gloomy. Not to mention the seasonal lag.

F - too much precipitation year round, too little sunshine, too cold of winters (although a slight step up from here), and not a single month with even a high above room temperature. There's nothing resembling a nice 87/65 (31/19), sunny summer day either.

Failure to meet basic climatic requirements (a record high in the 90s or above; at least one mild, warm, or hot month by high temperature) makes it a solid F in my book.
