I haven't made a choice yet but I'm leaning toward Tsuyisiki Beach. It's a close call though.

Both climates are horrible... But if I had to choose it would be Agami city for milder winters and more summer sun.

Agami city for the milder winters with paradoxically much more snow.

Agami City for less winter cold but I think that it's practically a draw. Both places are delightfully sunny.

Agami City for being much wetter - and especially snowier. I prefer Tsuyisiki's temps though, both averages and records.

Agami City. The amount of snowfall scares me, though.

Agami City is very good, I'd just prefer the record lows warmer. I would change the climate where I live into something like Agami City (with warmer record lows), that would be a major improvement I'd make distance of record lows from average lows half of what it is now (keeping the average lows the same, changing only the record lows).
