Interesting climate. Too many rain days for my liking overall, but the fact that the average lows never get below 10°C even in the winter is quite nice. Summers are a bit too cool and the fact that the temperature has never reached 25°C is definitely a drawback, though the 16°C lows are very nice and help to make up for the lack of real summer heat during the day. It's also a bit too gloomy for my liking, a few hundred extra sunshine hours per year would be nice.

But overall it's a fairly comfortable climate, even if it isn't ideal. I'll give this one a B.

Interesting find -- loooks a lot like the clmates of Northern NZ (Acukland, etc.) but even more oceanic.

I have to give it a D+. I feel bad giving such a poor grade to such a mild climate, but it really is just too wet and cloudy for my tastes. I wonder if it's any better on the leeward side of the island?

I'm surprised Deneb gave this a B.

I'd feel cold there even in the summer and there are way too many rainy days. It's probably really windy too. There are far more pleasant island climates like Easter Island...of course that is at a lower latitude than Tristan da Cunha.

D+

Too many rainy days and too cloudy.
Temps strangely similiar to San Francisco, but I prefer SFO,
sunny and drier

F- a real-life Boringsville, and on top of that, horribly gloomy too!

B-. It's nice but it's too cloudy and the summers are slightly too cold.

I think I would like to live there for about three months during their summer given my occasional desire for splendid isolation. I'd read books, write, and take long walks. Tip a few in the pub with the natives. C+ or B-.
